What it does

Autoharness continuously learns reusable Claude‑Code snippets from your own coding sessions and keeps the skill library up‑to‑date without a separate daemon.

When to use it
  • •You want Claude‑Code to remember patterns you repeatedly write (e.g., data‑validation helpers) without manually prompting it each time.
  • •Your team is iterating on a codebase and you need the AI to automatically prune stale snippets that are no longer relevant.
  • •You want a lightweight, self‑maintaining skill store that works directly from your local Python environment.
Ready-to-paste prompt
autoharness apply 42 "Write a FastAPI endpoint that validates incoming JSON against the 'User' Pydantic model and returns a 400 error on failure"
Heads up: Autoharness will only distill skills when Claude‑Code is invoked via the `autoharness capture` command; if you run Claude‑Code directly (e.g., through another CLI) no skills are recorded.
