Install / run

git clone https://github.com/iDC-NEU/YiGraph.git && cd YiGraph

Quick start

1Run `python setup.py install` to install the required dependencies
2Create a new graph data file in the `data` directory, e.g. `graph.csv`
3Configure the `config.py` file to specify the input data file and other parameters
4Run `python main.py` to start the YiGraph agent and generate insights
5View the generated insights in the `output` directory

Ready-to-paste prompt

Run `python main.py --input_data data/graph.csv --output_file output/insights.txt` to generate insights from a sample graph data file

Heads up: Make sure you have Python 3.7 or later installed, as well as the required dependencies specified in the `setup.py` file, including `torch` and `networkx`
