🚀 Automate versioning and package publishing

What it does

Automates version bumping, git commits/tags, npm publishing, and GitHub releases with a single CLI command.

When to use it
  • •You want to ship a new npm package version without manually editing package.json and running git commands.
  • •Your CI pipeline should automatically publish releases after tests pass.
  • •You need to create a GitHub release with changelog and assets every time you publish.
Ready-to-paste prompt
npx release-it minor --ci --git.requireCleanWorkingDir=false --npm.publish=false
Heads up: You must have a valid GitHub personal access token (with repo scope) in the GH_TOKEN environment variable and an npm auth token set up (via `npm login` or `//registry.npmjs.org/:_authToken=...`), otherwise publishing or GitHub release will fail.
