Smart areas with batteries included for Home Assistant

What it does

Adds a Home Assistant integration that creates virtual ‘smart areas’ which automatically aggregate the state of battery‑powered devices within a defined space.

When to use it
  • •You want a single entity that reflects the overall battery health of all sensors in a room (e.g., all temperature sensors in the kitchen).
  • •You need to trigger automations based on the lowest battery level inside a zone (e.g., send a reminder when any door sensor in the garage is <20%).
  • •You’d like to see a concise battery‑status dashboard for each area without manually grouping entities.
Ready-to-paste prompt
In Home Assistant’s Developer Tools → Services, call the service `magic_areas.update_area` with:
```yaml
entity_id: sensor.living_room_battery
area: Living Room
```to force a refresh of the aggregated battery value after adding new devices.
Heads up: The integration only works with Home Assistant Core 2023.8 or newer; older versions will fail to load the component.
